Dr. Hooton is a Utah native and was born and raised in Murray, Utah. After receiving an honors degree from the University of Utah in Math, Dr. Hooton served in the US Navy as a nuclear power instructor for 4 years.
Dr. Hooton is a Utah native and was born and raised in Murray, Utah. After receiving an honors degree from the University of Utah in Math, Dr. Hooton served in the US Navy as a nuclear power instructor for 4 years. Once released from service he decided to make a career change and attended the University of California, Berkeley to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree, where he graduated with high honors. He returned home to Utah to open Clear View Vision Center in 1978. Dr. Hooton practices all aspects of optometry with special interests in difficult-to-fit contact lenses, dry eye, and eye diseases. When not providing patient care, Dr. Hooton enjoys fly fishing and traveling.

Dr. Hooley graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Microbiology before receiving her doctorate from Southern California College of Optometry, where she graduated with honors.
Dr. Hooley graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Microbiology before receiving her doctorate from Southern California College of Optometry, where she graduated with honors. Dr. Hooley enjoys charity opportunities and has served on the board of directors of Special Olympics Utah and the Utah Optometric Association. She currently serves as a clinical director for the Opening Eyes program with Special Olympics and sits on the board of directors of Just For Kids of Utah County, an organization that provides services for individuals with disabilities. Dr. Hooley loves working with patients and has found a niche fitting contact lenses, designing custom contacts for eye diseases such as keratoconus, and managing eye health. When not in the office Dr. Hooley acts as a chauffeur and taskmaster to her 4 children or can be found in her garden trying to grow a decent tomato.

Dr. Meek grew up in Lehi and is excited to be practicing close to home. He received his undergraduate degree from BYU in microbiology. He attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN graduating summa cum laude in 2023.
Dr. Meek grew up in Lehi and is excited to be practicing close to home. He received his undergraduate degree from BYU in microbiology. He attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN graduating summa cum laude in 2023. In addition to clinical experience gained at the school clinic, Dr. Meek completed a rotation at the Salt Lake City VA and the Moran Eye Center. Dr. Meek particularly enjoys treating ocular disease, fitting specialty contact lenses, and seeing pediatric patients. Dr. Meek has been married to his beautiful wife Taylor since 2019. In his free time, Dr. Meek loves playing and watching sports, spending time outdoors, and binging a good TV show.
